The totality of a splendid experience is base on the WOW felling that is extended to a customer as a result of the service being rendered. i always look out for the entrance, and check-out gesture those are the first impressing you get to stick to the mind of your patron... it a key to a successful visit repeat. else i will look else where for my nets visitation.

Yes I know the workload of a waitress or waiter is very heavy, they are responsible for taking the order, turning in the order, bringing the order back to the table - while taking care other tables as well. Then if the cook does not cook the meal to order the waitress or waiter take the heat. They should earn more than they are paid, Most work for less than 5 dollars an hour and rely on tips to make up the rest. Tips should be bonus not part of the salaries. They work hard and deserve to be paid for their work. They should work the hours they want without worrying about making ends meet. Mary should look at this opportunity of first hand customer service experience. She should work the position and have a better attitude toward the waitress position. If she becomes manager over a hotel or restaurant she knows how hard the position is and can have a better management toward the waitress or waiter.

All modern hotels [at least from 4stars and above] have health clubs and spa departments. This has been notably ignored in this topic in regards to service and product. In my opinion, this needs to be reviewed and implemented.
