Union agreement handles terminations and grievances: These call for collective bargaining which is the process of negotiating an agreement between management and employees. and this process ultimately defines the contracts terms for employees. In the case of grievance the process is a formal way by which employees can submit a complaint regarding something that is not administered correctly in the contract then the union will be involve to discuss what might cause this grievance of the employees to the management and then filling a formal, written grievance complaint and management is required to provide a written response to the grievance and depending on the collective bargaining agreement a formalized process is stated on how the appeals process would work.
