    One of the things I will do is to wait for him to finish asking the candidate his question. After which I will then ask mine in relation to the job requirement/specification. I will write my view about the candidate in the interview score sheet after which I will forward to him and other people concern in the department. The purpose is to protect the company from employee bad candidate. An HR officer is expected to do the right thing professionally thing at all times even when they don't get enough support.
