All project are unique, have common characteristics, which are group together to create the project profile and an optimum set of skills and experiences for the project manager and execution teams.

    The technology that uses renewable energy like solar cells and the location of building to the sun relative to the landscape to reduce water lost. the technology tested , project team brought experts to design and implement it. the project management must know the project environmental law, cultural, political, ecological and legal issues and local authorities that issuance work permits, building permits, project security, scheduling public holidays, maternity leave, adapting to new environment ,licensees and some legal issue concerning project. The equipments use to execute the project national, regional and international and local taxes on projects. and some countries a third parties are use to do other works for the projects. Culture is the term used to reflect the community assumptions, norms, values and the artifacts, truth,relationship to communicate that will or reduce the conflict during project execution. Many organizations tend to have rules based culture, for examples constitutions of higher learning, judicial organization, government organization, that tend to reduce risk culture which lead to achieve goals in the organizational structure. The team of project experts are to come and evaluate and monitor the project. The global project language, culture, religion and women are conflict issues of the most projects. Politics, every project operate under different political atmosphere and power struggle. Ecological: The project that impact the living condition or the health of the people, plants and animals. Impact to land, water, air, space, sound that tend to affect the quality of life . The project that tend to affect environment will have impact on ecology.
