Internal: Are the clarity of project objectives, project scope, the organizational complexity and stakeholder agreement. Technology: the newness of technology and the familiarity of members with the technology. Environment: These cover legal, culture, political and ecological.

    The internal attribute are the clarity of it scope, the complexity of its organization, and the agreement among its stakeholders which are within the control of the project manager. so many stakeholders tend to affect project complexity, the organizational decision making processes tend to influence the project complexity, the project scope define what is inside and outside project. All project are unique, have common characteristics, which are group together to create the project profile and an optimum set of skills and experiences for the project manager and execution teams.
