This course module needs someone who speaks the language better.

I would prefer to read the lecture, then move on to the next topic, rather than listen to the lecture. But it doesn't seem possible to do that. I tried advancing the timeline across the bottom to the end, but then the video stalled and restarted. There was no obvious way to advance to the next part.

Why isn't their one standard form of business letter writing instead of several different forms of business letter writing?

I agree this needs to be in document format to read like the beginning of the class, this video has a lot of repetitive verbalization comments.
