    Normal for one society may not be normal for another. But what makes a person have normal thinking are the same. They have a clear perception of reality and has an understanding of cause and effect.

    I would have no problem with a person who watches the sun provided he/she does not interfere with other people's business. I am not an Indian but I cannot even go that far to condemn an Indian for sun gazing.

    Normal human behaviour is always dependant on the society in which we live. Yet there are some similar taits between societies, such as knowing cause and effect, being able to make plans, and knowing who we are.

    "Normal" is very subjective. I agree with the comments listed in reference to ""normality" being associated with environmental factors, culture, spirituality as well as other factors an individual is exposed to.

    Module 6: Mental Health Studies - Behaviour and Culture. It is mentioned up there that Driving a car on the right side of the road in England would not be normal behaviour since that group of people drive on the left side. is it something really to do with behaviour ? Well! what I can say more that .... In England the traffic system and British cars have their steering wheel on the right side of the vehicle the left side of the road will always be the "right" in Britain.
