    To what extent should a students need for special education be allowed to compromise the education of the whole group ?

    The disabilities students need two things: - Special accompaniment with your learning difficulties (e.g. a Special Teacher Assistant); Liberty to try challengers for their learnings. (e.g. make some assessments or tasks similar to no disabilities students).

    How can the teacher prepares students with disabilities for the next years? Even having TAs its not easy to develop special activities and assessments or IEP, if teachers and TAs are not prepared to students with disabilities, and in our reality as educators we are not and we usually do not have the support and feddback necessary from government, administrators adn etc.

    Dependant on the disability of the student it can be incorporated into the class curriculum. Sometime the student may need, either in class or as extra tution, a special teacher assistant. In my experience assessments are done on a regular basis which aids a continuim with the student and their progress.
