    Working "with" AgraQuest and not, "for" is two different things. To be willing to risk part of your profit/living on a new product is always a risk. But, that is the life of a farmer. Farmers are by far the largest group of stewards we have for our environment. If the cost of the product is competitive in the market place and in field trials shows promise then it could be an advantage to the farmer to try. And at this point the sales person or the field tech needs to work hand in hand to tell the farmer why or why not the product did not work. This is what would anchor the "with" and the "for."

    Its important to know why people wants to work with your organisation because it directly affect their effort on the job. but as an organisation it is more productive to educate the workers on your vision and the effects of your products to humanity.
