    i sure that the CEO should have ability of forecast the business opportunities and threats and he/she should have ability and efficiency to resolve the problems the person which is hiring for the post of CEO should have leadership traits broad vision to run the company

    Indeed, I also quite agree here that hiring specialist is of the essence and should be done only when such services are needed and after which they should be left ago. Specialist should be placed on contract and after such contract there may be room for renew or otherwise. Also it will be nice you have one or more staff to work under that person to learn from him/her and will be able to carry on after the specialist is gone.

    I quite agree that hiring the services of other professionals will be of immense value to an entrepreneur but it should be noted that will also increase the startup capital of the business. As business grows, its objective is to minimize cost and maximize profit. In the bid to reduce cost many businesses neglect this advise and pay dearly for it. The advantage of professional hire is the experience and goodwill they bring on board for a starting entrepreneur.
