Because we do not live in a perfect world, there will be negative factors
limiting the nature of the system to be developed or modified. These
constraints might include a fixed budget, necessity for quick
implementation, integration and compatibility with existing systems or even
issues related to staffing and retraining. Any adverse factors must be
taken into account as part of the feasibility study.
