    The provision of childcare facilities is a prime example of a change occurring from a change in attitude in this area. Organizations also need to ensure that they tap into the many skills and talents that their employees possess and utilize this diversity of talent for the benefit of the individual employee and the organization. Organizations need to ensure that they have in place equal employment opportunities for all employees and that there are no acts of unlawful discrimination committed by the management of the organization.
