    Life is dynamic. change is a constant factor. management and employees should be educated on the side that change is to be viewed. in most cases, change is to the growth and advantage of employees/managers. employees/managers cum stakeholders should be enlighten on the need for change and the advantages that accompany same, in so doing, the resistance rate can be reduced.
