The edtech company, specialising in free essential workplace and skills training, recently published two courses specifically targeted at the Spanish workforce. Both the Diploma en Gestión de Proyectos (Diploma in Project Management) and Diploma en Recursos Humanos (Diploma in Human Resources) courses were recently published. By translating some of its top-rated courses, Alison can now serve a larger market and stay true to its primary objective of giving as many people as possible access to free, quality educational content.

Diploma en Gestión de Proyectos uses the Project Management Institute's Book of Knowledge to describe the modern theory and best practices of project management. The course modules include an introduction to Project Management, delves into the different project profiles and project phases and how to organise them, looks at how to understand and meet client expectations, people management, communication technologies, tips on risk management and procurement process.

The Diploma en Recursos Humanos course defines the eight-core roles of Human Resource Management and discusses strategic HR Management. The course also reviews the key recruitment stages and takes an in-depth look at the various recruitment strategies.

Project Management and Human Resources are the first of many courses to be published targeting non-English students. More courses in a collection of languages are expected to be released over the course of the next 12 months.
