Students will learn about Ergonomics. Students will also learn about Workplace Violence. The module will than go over transportation and machinery in the workplace.

In this module, Health and Wellness at work, students will be given a Definition of a Health and Wellness Program. The module will teach you about Types of Health and Wellness Programs, Health Behaviour Programs, Mental Health Programs. Health Screenings and Maintenance Programs. Students will also learn how to Create a “Culture of Wellness”.
