Then, you will be introduced to some of the most used keyboard shortcuts that will help you increase your efficiency in Word significantly. You will study how to set margins and indents. Finally, you will learn how to check the spelling, grammar and consistency of a certain text.

In this module, you will be introduced to how to align objects within the document and organize your work better. Later, you will study 'read' documents especially if the work context requires you to read a lot. You will learn how to switch to view mode that will allow you to read your document and will eliminate all distractions. You will learn how to create and modify a table style to save it in the table style gallery and be able to reuse it as many times as necessary.
