I cannot seem to start the Alison course, each time its sending me back to the start, where am i going wrong.

I have never been good at typing no matter how hard I tried in the past. The only course I had ever taken for typing was one year in junior high school. I can still hear the music (Stevie Wonder - Ain't got no melody, not sure the title of the song, and now I'm in my fifties) that we typed to. This course is Fantastic!! Love it. Thanks.
