    Supply Chain Management also to do with what is called DIFFERENTIATED DISTRIBUTION, which means not all products should be provided the same level of customer service. Different customer service requirement, different product characteristics, and different sales level among the multiple items that the typical firm distrbutes suggest that multiple distribution strategies should be provided wthin the product line.
