    the term Supply Chain Ecosystems refers to global logistics involved in getting a product from the factory to the store or end user at time and everything involved in between for example global sourcing of a product may be through internet or overseas marketing, transportation may be by air, train, road from wherever the product or raw material may be. Real state sites or warehouses that hold the product prior to delivery, logistics management software used in the delivery of the product and any other technology throughout the supply chain. the term supply chain ecosystem consists of 04 units that include: (i) Supply chain( retail chains, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers) (ii) Delivery Service infrastructures (logistics, transport-air, road, water, rail etc) (iii) Resources (clusters) (Sea ports, Airports, Roads, Industry clusters etc) (iv) Institutions( customs bodies, Export bodies and other government regulators, Quality control bodies etc.) competition can be dealt with in Supply Chain by: better resources. having modern and fast delivery mechanisms having good government policies Supply Ecosystem helps in taking good governance, and understanding and overcoming risks, become innovative and a performer.
