    Nicely done. It would be nice to have the Chinese words for "pictophoneticphonetic," "associative," and so forth. Are they 形声 xíng sheng, ideogram plus phonetic (one of the Six Methods 六书 of forming Chinese characters)/also known as phonogram, phonetic compound or picto-phonetic character and 象形 xiàng xíng? We can always look it up as I just did, but I'm still not sure if that's correct. It would have been nice if you taught us as we went along. -dlj.
