Tourism is divided into three levels: 1. Provision 2.Encounters and 3. Management. Each of these levels develops the vocabulary, language, and skills that one will need to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, whether working in an administrative or managerial role. And what most important is that ability to manage employee attitudes and behaviors in the tourism and hospitality industry.
