    Stress is just normal for everybody but let us remember that this should never be a hindrance in the performance of our duties and responsibilities as a nurse. The present society is full of stress, let us not be affected by problems surrounding us but instead we need to keep on moving forward for our future and for our self as well. Hospitalization is another point when one is sick there are some feeling of depression and , again it is another nurses role to play, we need to manage our stress accordingly no matter what, no matter how.

    stress is one of the major causes in illness today. due to changes in society, work - longer hours, constantly busy with family, work, social, church etc. it is important to identify and address any concerns immediately before stress becomes a problem.
