Truly. There is a need for care assistance in the field depending their qualifications and experience they also have more than one care assistant also with Medical Assistants the programs are hard the first program offered as a Medical Assistant was considered an Associate Nurse which was considered a LPN because of the courses offered than they brought about course 2 which was not much it included more of secretarial aspect with just a little bit of physicals offered most medical Assistants were offered the opportunity o further their careers as psysician assistants which was great also so most definitely if care assistants which are nurses aide know more and do more they should be commenced for the work they do for the nurses..
