    What is the relation between employee motivation and targeting attending quality in the source? The relation is directly proportional because when a employee is motivated increasing their level of energy, commitment, and creativity that a company's workers apply to their jobs. That commitment works in the employee like a fire producing a optimal attitude in front of the quality.
