    To whom it may concern , Hello , I have taken part in the assessment and I got the following question incorrect ' It has been found that the avarage businesss hears from what percentage of their customers who are dissatisfied with their products or service?' The answer I responded was 4 %.When corrected , it gave me 14% as the good answer. During my learning in the 'Service Quality-Part 2' I have learned that 4 % was the answer because 96% of the customers do not bother to complain. Can you please give me the right answer?
