In French --> we usually say: "pronom disjoint" (far more than "disjonctif"). There can be used alone, in apposition "Toi, tu t'es encore couché tard". "Toi! Toi là! Approche!". or introduced by "c'est". "c'est toi". by any preposition like "à". Il a pensé à elle. Like "de". J'ai rêvé de toi. Like "avec". Il vient avec nous. After "ne... que". Je ne connaîs que toi.
