    once again, what about tax payments in this type of partnerships, also, i have a question. is it compulsory for the limited partner to be registered.

    So the limited partner is basically the owner of the business is just that the person is not physically operating the business him or herself. Knowing the difference between the limited and general partner I will prefer be a limited partner because I will not do much work only the general partners.
