    I think in all cases of problems with customers to stay calm polite and smile . At the end of the day they are right . They pay for their product and should be provided with a good service

    Really good, clear and succinct strategies to dealing with customers. I particularly like the slide on "wrong approach" and "polite alternative".

    Never argue with your customer no matter what its take to,they will win at end. Know the exact words to use to customers instead of "No". When they hear the word "NO" they feel unimportant. some customers needs to know more about the company you are in and also some come not to buy but to irritate you. Try using them as marketing vehicles to attract more people to buy from you. also try saying sorry to the customer even if you are not the cause of the problem. it very hard to do but try best to say to prevent the loses of the company. Dealing with customers is not a easy task but with patience its much easier.
