    When the organization discover the the services of the employee is no longer beneficial to her, any further stay of the employee will amount to loss, therefore it is best to relieve such staff of his/ her job.

    The bottom line in management termination/separation, should be centered on respect for the laid down regulations on both parties, to avoid litigation, be it Retrenchment, Redundancy, Retirement, Resignation Dismissal or Death or Disability, HR management must ensure that the actions are for the best interest of all the parties and that regulations are respected.
