    Employment package or agreement should have the interest of the employees well protected, having in mind, labour legislation's that must be respected. It could be a drawn contract between the employee and employer, but the basic fact should remain that the incentives must be attractive with a breach to the constituted system, either of the organisation or the community where business is located.

    Employment benefits ,packages and other things are enshrined in the contract and this could be a determinant factor which may prompt the prospective employee to pick up the employment. Job seekers abandon some job offers and pick up the other which they consider more attractive due to the packages associated to it.
