    The major issue here has to do with, two basic factors to watch out for in applying for HR managers job. Basically are: 1. specifically dealing with what is expected, the role o the HR manager is expected to perform at the job. 2. what his qualifications are, do he/her has the skill for the job ?, these are factors to watch out in applying for HR job.

Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.Expert in employment law and employee relation.
