in implementation of change, t he change is not complete and under lock and key, as nothing is static, a change could be looming and its imminent, and a positive change might be required, most important is that management must be communicative and open about the impending change, and work at involving employees and the management in the change, which will ensure that employees participate in the change process as a reassurance of their job status and possible benefit.

A revised or altered policy will need to be locked again; the change process will continue along its designated path and support for the changes will be provided to employees and management along the way. This is a proactive strategy.

I have an example. a company that is trying to stay afloat due to loses which arose from making wrong decisions, If they need to restructure to create balance, they will need to remove quite a number of staff (for a minimum input and maximum output theoretical approach)...instead of putting it to the affected staff that the company has no funds etc., the management is instructed to make sure 99.9% of the reason why the staff is being sacked is his doing or undoing. To blame them and remove the attention to the losses. In this way, you remove the responsibility of unlawful removal / dismissal (labour law). This a very wicked example but true as larger organizations are monopolized.

Implementation of the new policies and procedures should be adhere to if the significance is to be felt by the organisation. However, employees and and the management should be committed to the yarning of changes by the organisation with view to achieving the set objectives and goals of the organisation. The implementation brings about a new dawn and a new face to the entire entity called organisation. Organisations always lmplement preferred strategies with the hope of reaching maximum mission and vision .
