    One of the greatest factor to the resistance of a change in policy in a corporation, might come from insecurity on the part of employees and management, which might have resulted from poor communication on the part of the organisation. Some other factor, might be lack of a motivational factor, in terms of non benefit of the plan action - change in policy.

    Resistance to changes in business organisation comes in when the employees discovers how unfavourable the changes may be to them. The mgt and employees resistance may have to do with poor and lack of propare communication from the side of the organisation. When the act enshrined in the changing system do not consider the works wellfair ,then comes a heavy resistance which may be called strike. This way their demand will be made known to the organisation.
