    There are two ways ,therefore,if an organisation refuses to take part in the changing society ,failures becomes the evidence but if it yield to the yarning of changes by introducing training for employees and putting in place new technology needed for development.change of attitude towards customers or clients aims the organisation towards their visions which is their set objective. However, change is a system that must be adopted when the need arises .

    The changes in an organizational structure may not affect the lower employees but with directly affect the management. Its employees can be advised and guided to adopt and adapt accordingly. Circulars will be sent out to all the investors and all external liaisons and contacts if the change is major. The maturity of getting used to can be fast or slow depending on how quick is the adaptability to change by its employees. Wherein, the changes are meant to have a positive effect on turn overs and revenue.
