    Changes in human resource management resulting from a change in technology affects the HRM department because when there is a change in technology, the department must also adapts to the new changes that has taken place and also ensure that employees in all field of the organization also adapts to the new trend in performing their assigned jobs efficiently.

    This has already been elaborated that the changes in Human Resources Management occurs when new technology comes in existence, attitude of the employer or employee changes or any change is made in law HRM procedure and practices or all of the aspects comes into existence simultaneously. Moreover, it should understandable that any change in the organizational level will effect the working environment for betterment. The changes in HRM practices should always be welcomed by the HR Department to implement the same to made the organisation service acceptable.
