    In this module, it indicates how management and HR needs to work with employees on certain terms of their employment, but in the organization I am most familiar, I feel that the employees have no option to the terms of employment with HR or management. That is probably why there is no motivation overall.

    Workplace employment conditions are to be adopted by the HR Manager and same be implemented in the interest of the employees. The working environment and change of work place is mandatory to avoid the monotonous environment in the organisation. Some times outsourcing are supposed to be taken for a specific job, the working environment be elaborated with the service provider to get the best result of the same. Moreover the management should accommodate the employees in respect of their flexibility to put their skills in use in effective manners.
