    I understand their job roles and responsibilities, but when it comes to the selection process and based on this world we live in today "it's not what you know it's who you know nowadays." It's definitely a "a dog eat dog world." I live in a small little island in the pacific so basically everyone pretty much knows everyone here. Don't get me wrong many of our local authorities have earned their way up with right qualifications to get there. I'm talking about middle class workers or entry level positions that some people have the hands on experience to get the job done but can't seem to get it because of the "who you know system." It's all about politics whether you're the CEO or the HR manager. It's unfair.

This is achieved via ongoing employee training, developing appropriate policies to ensure that all persons, employee and employer are respectful of each other fostering a positive productive work environment.
