-What are the types of conflict that individuals may have at work? What type are you experienced with at most? Individuals may have intrapersonal and interpersonal conflicts. For instance, A and B do the same job and both of them complete perfectly, A receives boss's high praise while B a moderate praise which leads B thinking the boss's assessment is bias. It is an intrapersonal conflict. Interpersonal conflict takes place the most. For example, A always shows off his wealth leading the jealousy of others. This jealousy may make a conflict.

    - How might miscommunication lead a conflict at work? Take an example as a supervisor wants to oversee a subordinate's to see whether he needs support from others to fulfil his task. While the subordinate thinks there is no trust in the job. Thus, miscommunication leads a conflict.
