• List the characteristics of an effective team
• Explain how to prepare for a meeting and how to create an effective agenda
• Outline the roles of the various members of a meeting
• Distinguish between the different types of meetings
• List and explain the five stages of strategic planning
• Identify areas to be considered in a SWOT analysis
• Describe a boards of directors and other governance structures
• Review decision-making styles and outline an approach for achieving consensus
• Outline the responsibile of the various members of the board
• Identify the areas of financial control that need to be monitored•
