Communication includes 3 stages: Before communication, during communication and after communication. The course equips me with enough preparation for each phrase in terms of materials, rehearsal, dress code... However, for me, during communication is difficult as I have to adapt myself to my prospect in a meeting. It is experience, practices which gives me impromptu reflection. It is not preparation.
