    It actually means that selling starts where marketing stops. Selling takes the relationship already established by the marketing efforts to a new level, by making personal or one-on-one connection with the prospective\potential buyer. It goes to show that both marketing and selling have the same goal, but each comes in at different point in the process of getting the buyer to use a product or a service.

    Working in a customer-centric organisation means -in esscence- that the employee is responsible for whatever happens to the customer. Or, the employee is to blame. The CEO will not give a damn to cover or understand the mistake of his employee. He will just fire him. Thus, there are not such things as bonds, team etc. The CEO will not think about the amount of work or the expansion to new customers the employee did. So, here's my question: Is it worth working in a customer-centric environment?
