I am completely against the statement " you know how to behave in this kind of crowd. Not everyone knows how to behave in a large crowd. Because the lay man in the village, who do not familiar with a crowd in a stadium do not know how to behave in such a crowd. For him when you are among a crowd, you must not cough, you must not move is a crime. So the statement should be "you must know how to behave in this kind of crowd".

This is exactly the point of the second paragraph, we know what to do in our culture ie crowds because we are familiar with it, that is the distinction Mohamed that we wouldn't know how to behave in a "village" of people where coughing or moving is a crime!! But you obviously are familiar with that and know what to do and not to do. This is the point I think.
