    The client expectation are expressed in charting document such as the project scope of works, the project purpose of statements and the list of project deliverables. Other expectation are very hard to put in a written document form. When the client revealed the project problems, the project teams developed the understanding solutions that bring a better respond and provide the data to clients to timeliness that look accuracy of the billing processing . The clients expect to hear problem early and participate in the discussion and the project teams shared the ideas to enable them to develop a tracking performance or schedule to meet the client expectations of the project goals and remind them of the changes.     Deal fairly with the clients in order to make correction where necessary to project success. To identify client expectations, review the written project documents but have a dialogue with the client to uncover the written expectation in the documents by asking questions and listening. manage the clients' expectation by reminding the client about the original written objectives in the documents. Determine the stated cor operate value by reviewing written documents and review actions on the stated values. An attempt to avoid may lead to conflict. Do not take the advantage of the client mistakes but help them to meet their project objectives in spite of their errors.
