    The project quality begins with the specification of materials and labor. A quality plan create a process for assuring the requirement and the specification of the project are met. Quality improvement tools can be applied if the organization has the several similar project. The team member are selected to manage process and functions. The Staffing plan assigns people as needed. The sources of team member are company, employees, contractors, new hires and partners. The risk on a project reflects the number of things that can possibly happen that will have negative effect on the project and the probability of those events happening. The Provider of the procurement management depends on the size of the project and the organization. Commodity are purchased from the lower bidder.     The expected quality of the product should be well defined and agree upon. When the customer ask you to make him a high quality hamburger, how will you do it? We need to define the quality standards during the planning session and have everyone agrees with it in order to meet the expectation of the customer.

    Risk response is a balancing act. The response should balance the impact. Are you going to mitigate a USD 5000 risk with a USD 10,000 solution? or will you just accept the risk and try to absorb the impact?
