Project scope are all the work that will be done during the project and Total project scope are all the things and works External: These are environmental attribute that are in existence at the beginning of the project such as size, duration in time and available resources. Social Hospitals may build new wings to bring new services to reduce costs and this need management knowledge and skills to analyses work process which need focus to improve on services and products to meet the project goal and objectives.

    The Operation management vs Project management. Typically a manager of economic organization aims at making profit and stakeholder value. While leaders with social organization aims at delivering services to the community. The government manager are focused at the goals set by the government leaders.
