It is important for everyone to have a calendar with time slots. No matter who or what career you are in, you need time slots to know what you are doing when and at what time. Our daily activities are run by time. So, we need to be able to allocate time slots to each and every task we have been committed to do. There is a bit of procrastination but at least it is in hard copy format and tomorrow you can pick up where you left off.

I normally have a thing-to-do list to start my work every day. If my colleagues have me do something. Two cases happen: it is related to my job, I let them know when I complete; it is not related to me, if the thing-to-do list is long, I say "No", if the thing-to-do list is short, I say to them when I finish. In case of my superviser, he gives me abrupt and urgent work to do, I discuss which are priority, one from my list and other from him. I think I can avoid his complaint later.

In my opinion, "get it done tomorrow" is an opposite way to strike the balance between "go zone","slow zone",and "no zone".In previous lesons, I had learnt on how to priotize and sequence the things by valuing them.In this lesson, I had learnt on how to manage the time.

I try to remind myself, "Why put off until tomorrow, when you can get it done today."

I feel the to do list and keeping it current and updated is the best way to keep priorities in order. What cannot be done and accomplished today becomes priority tomorrow in the proper order of importance.
