    The assessment was incorporate all of the information that was studied through out the modules and easily understood, and demonstrates if you study the material and apply what you learned you are able to pass the test. I myself was focused but on a few question did not pay attention to detail when it called for multiple answer .

    Mental health study describes,the state of emotional and psychological well-being in which an individual is able to use his or her cognitive and emotional capabilities, function in society, and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life. It is a professional study of person's overall emotional and psychological condition:That tries to re-install normalcy ie Since witnessing the accident, his mental health has been poor. It focused on multi-dimensional approaches from different fields comprising various professions, such as psychiatry and social work, that deals with the promotion of mental and psychological well-being and the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of mental disorders.it emphasis on institution and physical exercise for the body, spirit and mind. eg that, activity and exercise are especially important for people living with mental illness. Individuals living with mental illness often have a higher risk for medical illnesses.Mental illnesses, including depression, anxiety and substance abuse. All of this combined reinforces the power of exercise, which can be helpful in many ways. 1) By improving one’s general physical health, an individual is at less risk of developing mental illness. 2) Scientists have shown that regular aerobic exercise can decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression. 3) Exercise helps to improve energy, concentration and sleep, all of which are important for people living with mental illness. In effect,I have added to my knowledge and using the medium to refresh my memory to know if,I am really learning or not.Therefore,please pardon my repetition.
