    always remember knife safety when using a knife and make sure you keep the knife away from the body working from the center of the blade to avoid cut. and never use knifes to open cans or as a screwdriver clean slicer blade in the right position always unplug the unit. broken glass and china must be cleared up immediately with dust pan and broom and put in separate containers always remember to use safety guards and items provided
