    Chest x-rays I can understand but blood tests! Any one else heard of that.

    all food employees should have regular health check by a doctor blood test and chest xray when hired in the food chain and regular basis thereafter workers who are ill should not report to work until you have doctors permission because this could contaminate food and make people ill

    That all employee should go to the doctor if their are sick before their can go back to work right

    Only foodservice workers who are healthy and practice good personal hygiene should be allowed to work in your restaurant. Workers can contaminate food by: working while they are sick; touching pimples or sores; touching their hair; not wearing a band-aid and single-use gloves over sores and wounds; and not washing their hands properly before, during, and after handling food.
