    Teacher should promote a friendly and cordial relationship with their students, and the relationship of the students with other colleagues. When looking for your students, teachers will realize their emotional environment - shyness, insecurities and other feelings. This will help teachers to always be alert for preparing classes always looking adapt them to the needs, interests and students' language and will help to eliminate or minimize possible learning barriers that make difficult student learning.

    Eye contact is a good tool as a form of communication. Sometimes in a noisy class a teacher's eye contact could put the class in order. I teacher should also very eye contacts during lessons, that is to make sure eye contact is had at least with each student before lesson ends. It helps to keep students attentive

    Eye contact really helps tounderstand, whether the Ss is listening/ready to speak, and teacher needs to use it all the time. you cannot look out of the window while explaining some new information and expect your Ss to listen to you.
